SHIPPING & RETURNS
Once the order is shipping, please allow 3-5 business days for standard domestic shipping. This goes for a flat rate of $5.00.
(Please note our crochet items are made-to-order, so also allow 7-28 days for it to be made for you before shipping. Those days do not include the shipping days.)
Priority mail is also an option for faster estimated shipping times of 1-2 business days.
For local delivery, please choose that option to not only save money but to reduce our carbon footprint by avoiding sending packages we don't need to!
International shipping is calculated with USPS prices, depending on weight, size, delivery speed, and distance.
Return & Exchange Policy
We have a 20-day return policy, which means you have 20 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Buyer must pay return shipping.
If there is a problem with your order when you receive it, please reach out to us ASAP! We will do what we can to make it right.
To start a return or exchange, you can contact us at email@example.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
FOR CROCHET ITEMS:
Our products are made to order, meaning we put a lot of time into each product for you. Returns are not accepted. Exchanges for a new size under the condition that the item does not fit right are accepted. Please email us to begin the exchange with detail on how it does not fit.
FOR DIGITAL ITEMS:
Returns are not accepted.
